U-Bend Transfer Panels in a Pharmaceutical Process
Transfer Panels are used in the above process as follows:
- CHS-1, -2 and -3 isolate spray from CIPS valve during production.
- CHS-4, -5 and -6 establish outlet path from MT1-3 to CIPR header or MILL and also provide CIPS connection for trasnfer line.
- TP-1 establishes transfer line/filter combination.
- TP-2 establishes product trasnfer to and from twelve (12) Hold Tanks and CIP of tanks in combination with fill and discharge lines.
- TP-3 configures Filler for production or CIP.
