The schematic above descibes a highly automated CIPable process designed to mix batches of solution repetively and frequently for three downstream processes supplied from the four mixing tanks in various combinations, for prolonged periods of production.  The U-Bend Transfer panels were incorporated to configure recycle lines from the downstream processes.  Mixproof valves provided control of filling the mixing tanks with Pure Water, recycling for Drug Addition via the Mixer/CIP System, cleaning the Mixer and transfer lines, and cleaning the mixing tanks and downstream processes as individual circuits when production was complete.
